That’s why we are now looking for a motivated Community Manager to help coordinate and manage our group-wide communication and engagement activities. Could you be that person?

What you’ll do:
  • Manage all communication outlets of the team, as well as thinking of new creative business solutions to engage and inspire our innogy colleagues to join our innovation initiatives
  • Passionately drive the communication and engagement activities function in the team, being the main contact for community related topics
  • Create alliances with other internal communication departments to, together create the best communication strategy for our company
  • Customer validation research to see how we can adjust and improve our innovation and engagement initiatives

What you need to have:
  • University degree in communication studies/community engagement
  • Familiarity with latest and most effective methodologies to build a strong and well informed community
  • Highly motivated, proactive, excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and verbal) and your work style is based on openness, ability to change, creativity, ability to get things done, not afraid to get your ‘hands dirty’ if a situation requests it
  • Design skills would be a great added value to our team
  • Self-steering, entrepreneurial, the ability to understand and assimilate complex and varied information on an international level and good relationship-building skills
