For our CX Factory in Berlin, we are looking for an engaged Journey / Product Owner (m/f) (full-time, temporary) at the earliest date possible.

As an active member of our team, you help us to improve the customer experience in a digital way. You will get the chance to contribute to the B2C strategy initiative and play a central role in the design of optimized customer journeys and the establishment of a highly customer-oriented company. Through networking and close collaboration with colleagues, you share insights and best-practice B2C expertise within innogy SE. In addition, you will experience a new mindset in terms of customer orientation as well as digital, analytical and agile way of working.

Your tasks:
  • Ownership and thought leadership on how the customer experience for a given journey should feel like
  • Tracking of impact and progress of customer journey redesign
  • Deep insight into customer satisfaction survey
  • Manage and prioritize requirements for journeys/ products
  • Develop both customer-facing and backend requirements
  • Closely work with agile coach, software architects and colleagues from the UX garage, UX expert and Opcos

Your profile:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent in relevant majors
  • Ideally familiarity with innogy B2C environment and customer journeys
  • Previous experience as a product owner OR with customer journeys
  • Business mindset and ability to create and deliver a multichannel product vision
  • Distinct customer focus and quality mindset
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Enjoys complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
  • Fluent in English
