At the earliest date possible we are looking for a

User Experience Analyst (m/f)

for the Programme Management Retail at innogy SE in Essen.

and help us to push forward innogy’s digital transformation. While being an active part of our newly launched Customer Experience Factory you support facilitating customer experience improvements in a customer-led and digitally enabled way. You will participate in the priority B2C strategy initiative at a critical time and will play a pivotal role in designing optimized customer journeys and in building a truly customer-focused company. You will connect and collaborate with colleagues around innogy and share insights and best-practice B2C expertise across the group. Furthermore you get the latest thinking on customer-centricity, digital, analytics and agile work styles. Your tasks:

  • Conduct user research and evaluate A/B test results
  • Manage data and conduct tailored analyses as needed
  • Prepare reporting dashboards for regular management communication
  • Eventually support CX factory lead in day-to-day business of running CX factory

Your profile:
  • BA/BS Degree in relevant majors or significant practical experience in the field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and prior experience with SAP interfaces
  • Enjoys and gets energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision makers
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage expectations effectively and not get overwhelmed by pressure
  • Willingness and capability to work both independently and in various team settings
  • Distinct customer focus and quality mindset
  • Fluent English
